1. Nature of Subscription Service
IPTV North provides digital streaming access credentials (via M3U playlist URLs and Xtream Codes API credentials) for media playback on compatible third-party client applications. We do not sell hardware or proprietary set-top boxes. Subscribers are responsible for supplying their own hardware and stable broadband Internet connection.
2. Simultaneous Connection Rules
Each subscription tier specifies an authorized number of concurrent active streams:
- Single Connection Plans: Authorized for 1 active stream at any time. You may install the account on multiple devices, but simultaneous streaming across multiple screens is prohibited and may trigger automated temporary account lockout.
- Multi-Screen Plans: Authorized strictly for the purchased screen count (2 or 3 simultaneous streams).
- Sharing login credentials outside your immediate household or redistributing streams is strictly prohibited.
3. Prepaid Billing & Zero Automated Renewals
All subscriptions are strictly prepaid for the duration selected (3, 6, or 12 months). There are no recurring billing obligations, no credit card storage on our servers, and no automated renewals. When your subscription period finishes, service will terminate automatically unless you actively initiate a renewal over WhatsApp.
4. Network & Hardware Requirements
Streaming quality depends heavily on your local ISP throughput, Wi-Fi environment, and device processing power. A sustained download speed of 25–50 Mbps or higher is recommended for HD and 4K streaming.IPTV North is not liable for stream degradation caused by local home network congestion or ISP throttling.
5. Intellectual Property & Content Disclaimer
IPTV North does not host, upload, or transmit digital video files on our web servers. Our service delivers playlist routing protocols for third-party media players. Channel availability may change periodically due to broadcast rights, scheduled maintenance, or technical adjustments.
6. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised conditions.
